Key Responsibilities :
- Industry Cloud Strategy and Roadmap : All cloud providers are bringing together their technology capabilities and giving them an industry specific flavor. Over a period of time these will become industry platforms that will accelerate clients business transformation. The leader will need to provide a structured approach across our regions and CSPs to enable to maximize this opportunity.
- Service Offering Development : Collaborate with cross functional teams to create service offerings with proactive focus on BFS, Health and Retail clients.
- Business Development and Relationship Management : Develop and maintain relationship with partner stakeholders including from CSP and ISVs. key client stakeholders; lead pursuit teams; participate and lead the proposal development process; contribute to proposal pricing strategies
- Delivery & Engagement Governance : Collaborate with Delivery organization for engagement planning and budgeting; mobilize and manage start green and stay green teams; facilitate teams ability to develop deliverable structure and content; facilitate buy-in of proposed solutions from top management levels at the client; govern on-time, quality delivery of work products; manage solution risk.
- Practice Development : Develop strategy for building the practice by keeping the team lean, provide input and guidance into the talent process; actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities.

- Interaction model with clients (existing / prospect) to maximize our impact See ambiguity as opportunity, help tangibly solution through a problem discovery led approach, be comfortable in co-creating the solution especially in multi-function workshops
- Proposition presentation: Be comfortable with progressive contextualization of our propositions, make them consumable, integrated (not sum of parts) and aligned to industry domains - No selling of services in isolation (testing service, data services, AMS services, Integration, cloud migration etc). These have diminishing value and detrimental brand impact.
- Presence: SMEs who are able to represent the propositions we take to market with authenticity and authority
- Build assets through a disciplined MVP based approach with proof points linked to market traction
Key Skills & Attributes :
- We need a multi-disciplinary, multi-dimensional leader who brings about the best of to our clients.
- Technology & Architecture skills in abundance - not necessarily an expert in all but able to adapt dynamically
- Experience of leading transformational offering creation - Business solutions, persona identification, channel engagement and enablement, analyst interactions
- Experience of deal making and solutioning with sales, cloud hyperscale's, industry platform partners and account management teams
- Demonstrated experience in co-creating solutions with the clients and helping them navigate their transformation
- Demonstrable digital mindset is important and ability to learn
- Has experience of Global execution model, working with diverse, multi regional teams
- Strategic thinker, confident, persistent and being able to deal with ambiguity are key traits for the role holder
- Hands-on leader who has experiences working with large clients, agile and passionate about engineering lead transformation.
- Acts as trusted consultant to our Client and as Mentor for our teams.
