Job Responsibilities :-
1. Work as Client Recruitment Manager & manage Hiring as per Client requirement with 100% closures.
2. Manage large distributed work force across the country to manage the Recruitment.
3. Maintain & improve the client Source channel mix.
4. Develop, maintain, evaluate & improve relationships with Vendor Hiring partners across the country.
5. Support recruitment and headcount planning processes, consulting on sourcing strategies designed to secure the best candidates.
6. Promote the firm’s strategy of direct hiring through use of online (including social networks) sites and promoting vacancies through other appropriate channels
7. Develop strong ties with key customers and key accounts and be proactive in understanding the trends and issues likely to impact the market
8. Responsible for P&L for the project.
Key Skills required:
1. 12 – 14 years of experience in Mass recruitments (Front line hiring) in IT / Non IT.
2. Experience in designing an effective strategy for hiring in different verticals including manufacturing, BFSI, Telecom etc.
3. Proven record in delivering on recruitment and selection activities covering the recruitment lifecycle.
4. Experience in managing team of Associates / Sr. Associates and Candidate management
5. Establish and achieve growth-oriented revenue goals and objectives.
6. Secure new business opportunities and win customers.
7. Strong Project Management Skills.
8. Excellent Networking Skills.
9. Problem Solving Ability.
10. Strong Analytical and Organizational Skills
Other skills required:
1. Adept Time Management Skills
2. Should be able to multi task
3. Excellent skills in MS Office (particularly MS PowerPoint and Excel)

CTQ Parameters:
1. Graduate is a must. PG in HR is desirable.
2. Need minimum 5 years experience in Recruitment space.
3. Should have handled teams for of 10 or more for minimum 3 years.
4. Should have experience in working on any Applicant Tracking System.
5. Experience in running multiple sourcing channels – Vendors, Employee Referral System, Social Media Hiring.
6. Not more than 3 job changes in the last 5 years or experience of minimum 2 years in the previous organization.
7. Should be willing to travel across the country whenever needed.
