SD/VP - Enterprise Sales, South
Role Responsibilities:
- Own & grow the P&L for Enterprise (South) with multiple centres. End-to-end responsibility of sales, account management, operations & overall customer NPS
- Drive CXO level sales
- Get relevant enterprise customers on board, nurture them and convert them to consistent key accounts - Strategize entry across industrial segments and enabling technology led procurement
- Nurture and grow a team of 60+ across multiple cities
- Plan, execute and monitor the sales operations with the objective of attaining accelerated growth
- Ensuring 100% end-to-end fulfilment rate for all orders
- Ensuring 100% compliance on taxation, account receivables and payables
Key Stakeholders:Internal : With: Supply Team, Operations, Supply chain & Warehouse Teams, Finance, Technology & HR
Purpose: Supply Team For onboarding, product listing, vendor management, Ensuring end to end fulfillment for all orders & Customer NPS, For managing various stakeholders, namely vendors, customers and team members
External : With: Customers/ Key Accounts
Purpose: Hunting, Farming & Account management
Qualification & Experience:Experience: - 12+ years of experience in Enterprise sales, Account management and Operations in B2B/ Industrial/ Manufacturing space. Consultative sales experience & CXO level sales experience would be require
- Excellent communication & people management skills. Should have led a sizeable team across multiple locations
- Should have worked in South India and be familiar with the local ecosystem
- Must have flair for new and evolving technologies and has a vision to transform a traditional B2B industry into a technology driven industry
- Must enjoy sales hunting, new client acquisition and driving sales targets
- B. Tech & MBA from Tier 1 institute
