Responsibilities :
- Develop product positioning that differentiates SCRUT by understanding customer needs, product roadmap, market trends, and competitive forces.
- Understand the market problems and identify market opportunities to drive growth.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies across acquisition, engagement, and conversion stages. This will include developing an outreach and content plan across channels, defining budgets and project plans, and managing the team to drive the execution of these plans.
- Work with the content and design teams to develop content to be published across channels. Writing experience is a plus.
- Aid the sales teams to generate quality collateral to improve outreach and conversion
Qualifications :
- 5+ years of product marketing experience (experience in an early-stage start-up environment plus). Experience working with SaaS/Software products.
- Ability to understand the technology and business software including buyer behavior and ideal customer profiles and translate tech content into marketing material.
- Proven experience creating marketing plans encompassing strategy, customer research, competitive analysis, product requirements, messaging, pricing, etc.
- Excellent communication skills
