Scrum Master/Technical Program Manager - Global Consulting Firm - Contractual Role

At Outsized, we match clients in financial services and management consulting to high-quality independent consultants and boutique/specialist firms for the execution of their key projects.

Our client a Global Consulting Firm is currently engaged in building the best-in-class digital financial services distribution platform for a major financial services client. There are multiple squads involved in the case out of which, one is a PMO (Project Management) squad. Our client would like to onboard a Scrum Master/Technical Program Manager (Agile) to lead the PMO squad involved in the project.

Below summarises the role:

- Manage the project module in coordination with the members of the PMO squad using the Agile approach

- Tracking & reporting day-to-day activities as well as removing roadblocks & impediments; developed sprints from planning to execution to review in an agile development environment

- Develop a governance process and ensure targets are being achieved within the agreed timeframe while ensuring a consistent feedback loop with multiple senior stakeholders

- Proactively own the project communications and ensure the right information about the status of a project is delivered to the key stakeholders at the right time

Experience needed:

- 5 to 15 years of experience in the logistics domain

- Good communication & client management skills

This is a contractual opportunity and will be on an initial 5-months contract. This project is based out of Mumbai.
