- Certified Scrum Master with project management and Scrum Master work experience

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Must be collaborative in driving decisions

- Ability to deal with multiple projects and deadlines

- Experience working with requirements repositories, work tracking systems, version control systems.

- Willingness to work flex hours in support of globally distributed teams and projects

- Ability to hold team members accountable, set clear performance standards, resolve performance issues, keep team engaged and on task

- Previous Life Science Informatics & Curation industry experience strongly preferred
