Role Responsibilities:

- A friendly communicative person and professional listening, writing and presentation skills

- A good coach in Agile practices Help team or individual to clarify goals and actions to achieve them

- Ensure the correct use of scrum process

- Shield his team from outside distractions and interferences; track and remove impediments

- To facilitate release planning, sprint review, sprint planning, and retrospective sessions with cross functional teams

- Facilitate effectively all scrum events

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and a passion for working in highly collaborative environments.

- To monitor and report on Agile metrics and team performance using information radiators

- Expertise in working with Jira for Sprint / Agile management, Test management
