What is the job like?
- Set up an Agile COE within the organization to promote the Agile best practices and Engage the Leadership team for Agile Adoption.
- Develop and communicate vision and roadmap on Enterprise Agility.
- Develop and execute an Agile Transformation Plan with success criteria and corresponding metrics.
- Train about Agile values, principles, and practices at Individual, Team, Program & Organization level.
- Assessing the Maturity of the team and organization and coaching the team to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team and organization.
- Helping senior managers and leaders to understand and adopt an agile and lean mindset. - Develop quality content and deliver training (Agile, Scrum, Jira training, etc.) to agile teams and the broader development organization as and when needed.
- Develop effective dashboards and reports for team and organization metrics.
- Able to drive/contribute to organizational initiatives like COPs, knowledge sharing sessions etc
- Facilitate scrum ceremonies - Daily stand up, Sprint planning, Sprint backlog refinement, Sprint review, and Sprint retrospective.
- Creating high performing teams and handling dysfunctional teams
- Facilitate and support the organization through Forming, Storming, Norming and Performing stages of various new and existing teams.
- Provide leadership through hands-on collaborative exercises/activities.
- Coaching 1:1, Conflict Management, Problem-solving facilitation, improved collaboration.
Who should apply for this role?
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
- Experience in playing Agile Coach role for at least 3 years and Scrum Master role for at least 5 years
- Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency.
- Strong working knowledge on Scrum and Kanban
- Strong working knowledge on any of the scaling framework - SAFe, LeSS, Scrum@Scale, Nexus
- Agile best practices - User Story mapping, XP, TDD, BDD, DevOps - CI, CD
- Scrum certification CSM or PSM - Scaled framework certification - SAFe / LeSS
- IC Agile coaching certification - ICP-ACC
- Good knowledge of Agile tools - Jira / Rally
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in working with distributed teams
