Prior Experience/Skillsets Required:
- Should possess excellent written and verbal communication.
- Should have prior experience of recruitment.
- Should be able to upload all employee records to HRMS.
- Should be able to support the daily operations of HR Team.
- Should have typing skills of minimum 50 wpm.
- Should be able to liaise with various stakeholders and get things done.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
- Also, onboard the applicants as employees and inducting them to the organization.
HRMS Documentation Manager:
- Complete all pending HR documents and digitization by ensuring documents gets processed and uploaded within a reasonable timeframe and compliance for all locations.
- This entails daily communication and update of pending status via mails and other forms of
- Leader in Virtual Medical Office Solutions communication as it deems appropriate and as warranted.
- Having periodic calls with each location and or department.
- Resolving issues of each center case-by-case liaising with various stakeholders.
- Also, complete responsibility of documentation for ScribeEMR.
- Communication to leadership if there is any deviation and nonconformity.
Employee Engagement and Culture:
- Support initiatives to enhance employee engagement, morale, and workplace culture.
- Organize employee recognition programs, events, and activities to foster a positive work environment.
- Working in unison with Software team to rectify any deviation by conducting randomaudits and or any other finds during rote activities to ensure HRMS functions as itshould and designed for.
- Also, working with them to seamlessly integrate paperless HR transactions and process improvement.
- Respond to various communications and verifications from outside agencies - third - party verifications etc.
- Induction of all new Employees into ScribeEMR through PPT presentation, introducing them to all policies, POSH, and values/culture of the company with organizational structure.
- Be a part of POSH Committee (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) team to address issues and ensure nothing untoward incidences happen by creating deterrence through awareness and communication.
- Be part of yearly or biannual audits and ensure process Compliance from an HRpoint of view and be present for all Audits of HR Processes for ScribeEMR.
- Ensure all documentation of the management and employee are articulated well in written and timely completion.
