Job Title: Sr. Onboarding and Implementation Specialist

Responsibilities:

- Analyze prospect/customer requirements and provide product knowledge support.

- Actively drive and manage the onboarding process with customers.

- Articulate the company's technology and product portfolio to both business and technical users.

- Provide technical consultancy to customers, identifying their technical and business requirements.

- Work closely with technical teams to design solutions aligned with client needs.

- Assist in creating and delivering compelling proof of concept demonstrations.

- Manage the sales bid process, including responding to RFI's and RFP's.

- Collaborate with Sales to ensure successful closure of the sales process.

- Liaise with Product Managers to provide client feedback and product requirements.

- Stay updated on market trends and competitor landscapes.

Desired Qualifications:

- Excellent communication skills with experience working with global clients.

- Practical experience and knowledge of Salesforce or any CRM platform, preferably Salesforce.

- Salesforce Admin or Developer certifications are a plus.

- Experience in product-based companies.

- Familiarity with startup culture, particularly SaaS-based startups.

Key Result Areas:

- Successful onboarding and implementation within stipulated timelines.

- Positive feedback from customers.

- Adherence to process guidelines for capturing necessary documents/artifacts.

- Timely follow-ups with internal and external stakeholders to ensure continuity of work.
