Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced
Aluminium Products/Scrap Aluminium Trader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in selling aluminium products and scrap aluminium, with a comprehensive understanding of the aluminium industry. As a Trader, you will be responsible for establishing and managing relationships with clients in large and medium aluminium companies/traders, negotiating contracts, and ensuring efficient transactions of aluminium products.
Responsibilities:- Identify and approach potential clients, build relationships, and maintain regular contact to understand their aluminium needs and requirements.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients to maximize profitability while maintaining competitive market prices.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of aluminium products and scrap aluminium according to client specifications.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for business growth and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as logistics, finance, and operations to ensure smooth execution of sales transactions.
Requirements:- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in the aluminium industry.
- Strong understanding of aluminium products, scrap aluminium, and the aluminium market.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and suppliers.
- Results-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction and business growth.
- Familiarity with market trends, pricing strategies, and competitor analysis.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field preferred.
