Experience: >15+ Years of experience in designing Sourcing & Procurement and Supply chain management solutions design and functional transformation expertise.

Education Qualification: Minimum Graduate; Masters in Supply Chain Management will be an advantage

Roles & Responsibility:

1. Build, manage and drive RFx's and end-to-end solution articulation and transition management for clients of HCL in Procurement and Supply chain management.

2. Will be able to manage small, medium to large sized RFx's

3. Identify opportunities for improvements based on customer challenges and business need.

4. Create solution in situations which required an in-depth analysis/evaluation of client as-is situation, challenges and ask.

5. Ability and experience to provide innovative and cost effective solution in line with client challenges and requirements.

6. Need to have innovative mindset to identify improvement opportunities to optimize processes, decrease costs increase client value.

7. Should have good understanding of existing procurement and supply chain management technology solutions available in the market and require transformation mindset for identifying automation and other digital transformation opportunities

8. Ability to perform under pressure, establish strong client relationship and meet deadlines.

9. Good communication and presentation skills.
