Job Description - You will report into the India CEO who can lead the development, adaptation and implementation of all supply chain elements for India Operations to create an amazing business for both customers and employees and help us to Deliver in Style

- You will be responsible for ensuring the successful opening of our first restaurant with a robust supply chain and clear pathway to develop for roll-out, including, finding appropriate suppliers and negotiating costs/terms, standards and SLA's. as well as working with international and the local team to achieve quality standards and support local product development and innovation.

- There will further responsibility for managing food and drink costs and ensuring accurate management information is available as well as managing the delivery of all supply chain KPI's and be demanding on achieving these consistently.

- Once the first restaurant is up and running, you will be constantly evolving the supply chain to service the business development plan and achieve all KPI's.

The Successful Candidate - The ideal candidate will already have a proven track record within food procurement either within a restaurant chain, hotel or food retailer, have a good knowledge of the restaurant business in Mumbai and possess consistently high standards in terms of delivering a quality service and the commerciality to meet and exceed the targets within our business
