Designation : Manager SCM Automation Design

Location : Bangalore

Role :

- To manage and supervise design, planning and execution of the assigned domain for a project in line with overall project plan and requirement of users as per the organizational guidelines and internal / statutory and operational requirements to ensure completion of assigned domain/ package fulfilling the required performance parameters of time, cost and quality.

Project Planning :

- Collecting inputs from internal stakeholders and design consultants

- Co-ordinate with internal teams and vendor to finalize project prerequisites

- Understand and submit schedule of requirement schedule

- Evaluate process drawings, project schedules and project requirements submitted by consultants/ vendor design

Project Execution and Monitoring :

- Review and ensure availability of correct, consistent, and comprehensive drawings, installation plan and specification with the vendor

- Monitor the delivery and work quality of vendors wrt the project delivery throughput and drive efficiency, escalate callouts, and ensure corrective actions are taken up

- Ensure the required deliverables for the vendor to be facilitated by coordinating with respective teams

- Collaborate and co-ordinate with multiple stakeholders in project

- Monitor milestones against project plan, forecast any delays and plan mitigation

- Review and approve first-level sign off on the measurement sheets, payments

Quality & Safety :

- Ensure implementation of execution QA/ QC processes

- Ensure the installation and delivery as per the pre-planned design and achieve the promised output

- Assist in quality & safety audits and assure their adherence at sites

Compliance & Audits :

- Ensure adherence to all systems & processes as required by the organization
