SCM Analyst - Pharma

Brief Role Description :

Our client is in the process of setting up a strategic team tasked with bringing healthcare closer to patients. The initiative involves setting up primary and secondary care services which are easily accessible to patients and are supported by hyper-responsive processes built keeping patient needs and their satisfaction at the center of focus.

The initiative aims to bridge the gap between client's in-hospital offering and patient's everyday healthcare needs and provide patients access to continuum of care tailored to their own specific healthcare needs.

This role will play a critical role in conducting critical data analysis to improve our Supply Chain Operations by increasing efficiency and reducing costs.

Key Responsibilities :

- Collecting and analyzing supply chain data

- Performing inventory analysis and preparing inventory reports

- Identifying and analyzing supply chain trends

- Track KPIs and report on Supply Chain Performance

- Own the MIS process; prepare and circulate daily, weekly and monthly MIS

- Analyzing industry trends and recommending the right product mix and pricing

- Collaborating with management to execute and advance overall operating strategies

- Tracking competitor pricing and recommending pricing strategy for key items/categories

- Gauging the efficiency of end-to-end processes and recommending improvements to enhance performance

What is the profile of the person who will be successful in this role?

The ideal candidate should be/have a/an :

- Working knowledge of SCM processes

- Analyze and handle large-scale data in Excel

- Structured problem solving skills

Educational qualification : B.Tech/MBA

- Prior experience in Pharma Supply chain will be preferred

- Candidates should be confident, smart, and hardworking with good communication skills

- Ability to think and react in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
