Head of Sales - Pune Location

Job Description :-

- Experience into SaaS based integrated online enterprise solution for attracting, hiring, developing and retaining the right talent for companies.

- Identifies, negotiates and manages strategic relationships with Potential clients.

- Prepare business presentations, proposals and showcase company capabilities to prospective clients and their HR teams.

- Nice to have experience in the launch of product modules related Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Performance Management System (PMS), Learning Management System (LMS), Career development & succession planning (CDSP) or related products.

- Responsible for launch of new products in India.

- Drive sales for product solution in the region.

- Responsible for the corporate accounts business of India nationally.

- Select, develop and coach a team of corporate sales professionals to meet or exceed assigned sales goals.

- Experience in managing a team of 20+ Sales Professionals.

- Develop detailed Marketing Plans and Initiatives for creating awareness about the business, with various stakeholders.

- Develop and execute annual sales plan.

- Implement the company's sales process to establish a culture of consultative selling to customers.

- Cultivate and maintain business relations with top decision maker's at large clients.

- Collaborate with marketing and technology teams to develop competitive products for the sales team to take to market.

- Collaborate with finance team to develop and run attractive and exciting sales incentive programs for the sales team.

- Execute Business Development activities to close New Accounts/Partners.

- Good communication and presentation skills.
