Job Overview:
- We are seeking an individual who will spearhead Account Based Marketing (ABM) and lead generation strategies to engage prospects, clients and internal stakeholders.
Objective of the role:
With a focus on creating impactful campaigns, visual communication assets, thought leadership content and b2b lead generation, you will play a pivotal role in achieving the desired goals:
- Lead generation for new client acquisitions globally and.
- Employer brand building to attract talents.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management for Leads:
- Analyze market trends and targeted prospects/clients to formulate campaign strategies.
- Plan and execute integrated ABM campaigns to generate B2B leads, tracking their performance to ensure they meet KPIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional (Business Development, Client Success and Delivery) teams to align campaign messaging across all touchpoints.
- Manage timelines and budgets to deliver high-quality campaigns on schedule.
Content curation:
- Develop thought leadership content focusing on trends and innovations in the B2B technology consulting space.
- Partner with internal subject-matter experts to produce authentic, data-driven content that positions the organization as an industry leader.
- Use storytelling and data visualization to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences.
Content Development:
- Create SEO-driven content such as blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and website copy to improve search visibility and audience engagement.
- Produce short-form content (social media posts, newsletters) and long-form content (reports, articles, e-books) tailored to target audiences.
- Design and implement visual communication strategies for omni-channel platforms, ensuring brand alignment.
Visual Design and Communications:
- Develop marketing materials for business development team such as brochures, e-books, banners, reorts, and infographics using tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Produce engaging short-form videos and interactive visuals to enhance digital marketing efforts.
- Maintain a repository of reusable templates and assets to streamline visual content production.
Website and Omni-Channel Management:
- Oversee website content updates, ensuring alignment with branding and SEO strategies.
- Manage content dissemination across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms to maximize engagement.
- Coordinate with technical teams for UX/UI improvements to enhance user experience.
Brand governance:
- Ensure all communication and marketing efforts uphold the brand's identity, values, and tone.
- Work towards enhancing the brand's position in the Asia Pacific region.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, IT or a related field.
- Must have 5 years of experience in ABM, B2B digital marketing, lead generation within technology services industry.
- Experience in running targeted campaigns to generate leads to acquire new clients in APAC and/or USA.
- Expertise in design tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and video editing software.
- Proficiency in SEO content development and tools such as SEMrush or Google Analytics.
- Skills in content curation tools like Feedly, Pocket, BuzzSumo shall be desired.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress and marketing automation tools like HubSpot or Marketo is desired.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data.
