Scienaptic - Product Manager - Credit System

Responsibilities and Duties:

- Own the product road map, design and produce key aspects for AI/ML based Credit

- Decisioning and upstream/downstream integrations with required systems. This includes Credit

- Decisioning as the specific use case, and may include other customer management journeys such as Line Management, Pre-Approvals, Fraud etc.

- Lead process to create standard product features which will include establishing business requirements, creating and reviewing technical and functional specifications usability of the system, common technical integration requirements and variation of credit risk within commercial banks.

- Implement product solutions through effective communication with internal stakeholders - senior management, project managers, technology team, sales team, and professional services team.

- Break down the strategies into stories and work closely with the engineering team

- Build customer experience that helps stickiness of products for multiple stakeholders in the credit decisioning industry (including underwriters, risk analysts, market analysts, Executive reporting, etc.)

- Closely monitor Credit Risk market trends and competitor activities which influence the product road map. Attend market events, webinars to understand latest and upcoming market trends

Skills & competencies:

- 8+ years of Experience within Consumer or SME lending with experience in credit decisioning, LOS systems

- Experience of working in the US market will be an added advantage

- Ability to own, clearly layout and communicate product roadmap, backed by strategic thinking and reasoning.

- Ability to lead prioritizations along with stakeholders with conviction and clarity.

- Ability to do market study and competitive analysis in the AI/ML based Credit decisioning landscape.

- Have a good understanding of customer-centric UX.
