Inside Sales Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Must have worked in the US market and targeted Banking and FS sector.
- Experience in selling Banking products/platforms/applications
- Should be good at prospecting through various channels
- Excellent in drafting emails and pitch our product and its value proposition.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Generate leads/opportunities via outbound cold calls and emails (70-80%) and follow-up on inbound leads (20%)
- Work in tandem with the US Sales team to help close opportunities
- US shift is a must
- Experience in discovering new accounts, identify and target key decision makers for prospecting
- Worked on Marketing Tools and CRM's will be an advantage
- Should have the good experience reaching out to C-Level/Key decision makers via phone or emails and shouldn't tire until the purpose is achieved.
- Must be aware of industry trends and challenges and use them to send personalised emails to key decision makers
- Should be aware of executing email campaigns
- Find opportunities that have gone cold and help the sales team bring it back on the table.
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
- Understand customer needs and requirements.
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
- Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas.
- Good experience in discovering new accounts, identify and target key decision makers for prospecting.
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory.
- Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals.
- Perform effective online demos to prospects.
Skills & competencies:
- 7-10 years of inside-sales experience
- Track record of over-achieving quota.
- Strong phone presence and experience dialling dozens of calls per day
- Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
