Gather and structure market intelligence of the Country:
- Conduct market analyses (market size, market segments, price elasticity, etc)
- Identify and structure customers’ needs
- Translate customers’ needs in products characteristics, specification sheets,& system features or services tasks.
- Perform constant monitoring of the competition
- Identify differentiators and unique selling points
- Monitor evolution of priority segments to address
- Propose new products to be developed and draft the appropriate business case
- Travel to key markets/customers/dealers to get first hand feedback
- Follow the segment business plan vigorously to achieve the top and bottom lines
- Responsible to ensure turnover and gross margin control
- Specific target for key products
- Create tools to achieve numbers
- Suggest price positioning of the market offerings
- Help to build the overall segment strategy and motivate the sales teams / network
- Organize fairs & exhibitions
- Support local sales for nonstandard projects
- He/she is responsible for drafting a product description to comply with identified market segment/case and supervising the development effort
- He/she is responsible for organizing and executing the constant flow of marketing and product information from the Group to the local company
- He/she is responsible to build “How to Specify” (Tender Specifications) for each product
- He/she is responsible to educate internal teams as well business partners for the salient features of any new Schréder product
- He/she is responsible to coordinate with communication for specific need of catalogues and promotional material
- He/she is responsible to monitor product cycle and define the phasing out timing of product
