Position Summary :

Inspilearn Education Private Limited (Scholr) is looking for an enterprising Operations Associate to manage the on-ground Sales and Customer Support Teams. Scholr is being used by over 1.5 lakh students all over India and we have a dedicated sales team that is actively working to drive adoption of Scholr in all parts of the country

An experienced and enterprising Operations Associate is required to manage and scale up the sales and customer support teams

Key Responsibilities :

1. Drive performance of the internal sales team comprising of on-ground sales associates, area sales managers and customer support team

2. Set operating and daily reporting procedures, KPIs and incentive structure for the sales and customer support teams

3. Drive recruitment, on-boarding and training of the team members

4. Regular reporting on sales activity and forecast to Sales management.

5. Build and nurture relationships with relevant stakeholders (government, schools, teachers) and customers

6. Liaise with existing customers in collaboration with Customer Success team to identify, pursue and close up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.

7. Contribute to company growth by consistently achieving/exceeding growth targets.

8. Maintain a healthy sales funnel pipeline.

9. Good team player, mentor junior team members while consistently meeting individual targets.

10. Contribute to the company sales strategy and planning.

Skills Required :

1. On ground sales experience leading to the experience of managing sales teams in a fast paced work environment

2. Strong analytical skills and a data-driven decision-making mentality. The high degree of comfort with MS Office tools

3. Strong focus on setting and meeting targets

4. Leadership skills, familiarity with reporting and process management

5. Excellent communication (English and Hindi), listening and presentation skills

6. Hustler, can & will do attitude with ability to thrive in a fast pace environment

Bonus Points :

1. Bachelors degree required. MBA is a plus

2. Experience with some CRM software tools is a plus

3. Prior experience of sales in the education industry (B2B or B2C) or ed-tech sector

4. Experience of working at a startup
