Job Responsibilities:
End -to -end Recruitment process
Implement overall recruiting strategy
Straterzise & manage sourcing effectively using all channels job boards,employee referrals,vendor partners,social media
Finding new sources & avenues of recruiting
Screen candidates resumes and job applications
Familiarity with recruitment databases, applicant tracking systems (Taleo)
Conduct & schedule interviews within scheduled timelines with the stakeholders
Assess applicants- relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
Handling the process from offer negotiation to the On boarding the new employees in order to become fully integrated
Implement recruiting best practices.
Provide analytical and well documented reports
Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
Ability to handle multiple stakeholders at Senior level.
Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong decision making & negotiation skills.
5-7 years of Proven recruiting experience
Preferably an engineering graduate with management degree
Experience in Engineering/manufacturing companies will be preferred.
