- Collaboration with others N-1 & N-2 leaders, BU & Functional Heads, Project tendering team Relationships
- Industry Bodies- Segment & Market research companies.
Market and Environment :
- Global and country Segment & Competition trends Indian Political, Social, Economic environment, Forex and its impact on Business decisions, Regulatory environment
- Understanding of IT Industry , IT industry transformation (eg. Virtualization and cloud) Trends on IT hardware distribution
- Understand market sizing and Competition movements. Government Policy
- Customer's business processes and business model
- Internal Knowledge Familiarity with one schneider product portfolio
- Understand LOBs
- Product/system/solutions offer, pricing, Internal References/ Group experiences
- Business and People Processes (Finance, Logistic, Customer Satisfaction, HR)
- Technical and Professional Knowledge of electrical and IT technical understanding
