GM/DGM - Strategic offer marketing, global Institutional Affairs

This position drives the Schneider Electric global commitment to empower the youth with the skills of today and prepare them for the future by transformation of the learning landscape through Industry and academic partnerships.

Lead a high-performance lean team in strategic offer marketing and partnership to contribute to in the transformation of the education segment. Works within a matrix management representing multiple Zones and countries in driving and integrating the global program.

Key Responsibilities:

- End to End Offer Management (What to Sell, How to Sell, How to Quote, How to Execute etc.)

- Has a strong knowledge of Services strategy related to the concerned categories (market trends, business opportunities, threats, key priorities for segments, Go to Market, customer coverage, key customer's needs)

- Increase mix of Digital Services & Digitization within Core business

- Strive for the growth of these offers.

- Leads the new offers launch process (Business case, local launch team coordination...)

- Responsible for performance of offers (OI, sales, GM)

- Deploys and adapts the offer's marketing mix strategy for each go-to-market.

- Works in Close collaboration with Product teams for Service Enablement on new Product launches, Product withdrawal & obsolescence management

- Adapts & deploys the pricing strategy.

- Leverages Installed Base intelligence & analytics to generate new opportunities.

- Manages the commercial team's commitments on the growth actions deployment and business objectives.

- Saturate the 'Go to market' by using all relevant Channels.

- Works with the Marcom for launch events

- Deploy the Annual Marketing & Sales Plan

- Ensure proper visibility of pipeline and achievements thru application of Salesforce guidelines.

- Contributes to define and implement all necessary action plans to boost the offers.

- Prescription documents

- Competitor analysis

- Battle Cards

- Catalogue's etc.

- Supports proposal team as and when required.

- Price Guides & costing tool for std offers.

Key Success Factors:

- Knowledge of category portfolio and value proposal to the customer

- Marketing mastery (4Ps, market segmentation and trends, marketing and pricing strategies and tactics)

- Digital offers: Experience on various business models and knowledge of launches key success factors.

- Good collaboration with sales team and Other local team's stakeholders (as needed) for offer launch and business development.

Education and Skills:

- The successful candidate should be BE/MBA or equivalent and 10-15 years of experience in product/offer marketing or technical sales experience.

- Ability to lead with influence and collaboration to drive key transformations.

- Solid marketing skills & price management

- Strong Offers knowledge and understanding

- Consultative approach

- Strong experience on value-based Selling & pricing

- Understand the country/region requirements.

- Ability to interact with Global Stakeholders
