GM - A2E Drives Business Development

Key Responsibilities:

- Geographical scope: Global business development (India and Asian A2E countries + MEA zone)

- Manage commercial & business development activities of A2E solar drives.

- Collaborate with A2E R&D + Industrial Automation R&D teams to ensure the right level of market inputs, application information and competition updates are captured and considered for development and continuous engineering of A2E solar drive offers

- Collaborate with IA LoB teams to optimize launch resources and time to market.

- Support & manage RFQs, technical inquiries & all techno-commercial topics related to solar drives in A2E countries.

- Work with LoB & country teams to identify partners for execution in A2E target markets

- Build growth strategies and support business plan validation exercise in coordination with all stakeholders

- Coordinate solar drives project execution and deliver expected outcome within budget and agreed timelines in line with A2E margin guidelines

- Own and drive the overall coordination between customer, country team, execution partner, A2E LoB and IA LoB for the end-to-end scope of A2E solar drives including lifecycle services & technical support

- Develop and monitor project execution plans, track and follow-up on risks, accurately report progress against milestones to keep projects/initiatives on schedule.

Profile:

- Good people skills. Ability to work with across all levels of the organization within the A2E ecosystem

- Previous experience of drives / solar drives is a must.

- Engineering background with good project management experience

- Influencer, assertive not aggressive, collaborator and with high digital citizenship level.

- Comprehensive understanding and experience of project management methodology.

- Demonstrable ability of delivery in relation to cost, time and quality of outcome.

- Excellent in analytical skills
