A one stop online platform for searching, applying and accessing all Government and Non-government schemes and benefits. With a simple interface prompting the user for his and his families' profile details, interest areas (e.g. Education/Healthcare, etc.) and purpose, the platform suggests the right scheme / benefit for the citizen and enables application support through documentation service.

About the opportunity :

Join us as Co-Founder and full-time CTO. Set your mark by improvising and building Schemopedia for the market. We are on beta now, and your first task is to lead the development for our improved version for scale up now.

You'll get an even share of Founders' Stock. Equity only at first, but salary draws will be staged and based on generating revenue and / or external funding. We are in this together. You'll be our technical visionary with the autonomy to rejig and improve the solution stack and hire your own team over time. We as your fellow co-founders bring in the business, domain and operational expertise and together we shall make it a perfect team to achieve the necessary escape velocity to achieve higher orbits! We're passionate about helping others, and we work hard but also play hard. We are currently on a private beta distribution. We would love to show you our product, what we have built and what we are tracking for our KPI from beta. We have an engineering and business oriented culture, and will continue to be product and user experience focused. We have generated investor interest, and will pursue fundraising soon, details to be disclosed in person. We'll consider an accelerator like YC / 500 Startups if strategy demands thus. With the right CTO & Co-founder, we can do very well. Can't wait to bring you into our office, and even demo our MVP.

Technical Co-founder - What are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who can bring the following to our team:

- All-round Tech capability with a history of the below mentioned App/API skill-sets

- Can work as a team as well as develop and lead technical teams

- Has deeply in-grained insistence on user feedback driven product improvisations

- Loves to experiment on new technologies and has a penchant for latest developments in the technological field while visualizing their integration into his product

- Is a quintessential techno-commercial geek!

Our platform runs on a range of languages and frameworks, as well as our portal which we regularly update and maintain.

API & Database

- PHP (CodeIgniter)

- MySQL

App

- Native Android & iOS development

Other skills that could be relevant and essential

- HTML/CSS(Website)

- ChatBOTs, Crawlers and other similar 3rd party application customization and integration

- API integrations with Government applications like AADHAR, Govt. of India's Digital Locker, etc.

- Hardware SDK integration (Scanners, etc)

Additional understanding of necessary IT workflow automation tools and its implementation in mid-sized teams would be a plus.

You are a coding rock-star. You have 3-5 years of hands-on coding experience. What do you get?

Initially this is a sweat equity position until funding has been secured, however equity will be generous and vesting will be back-dated as appropriate. And yes, the night out refreshments too !
