About the job:
Sr. Account Planning Strategist
Experience Required:
- 2 to 3 years in a relevant field of work
Major Roles & Responsibilities:
- Strategically Planning quarterly and annual plans for the brands
- Planning and aiding in implementation of integrated strategies on brands, by driving business value for them
- Actively identifying opportunities to deliver award winning work backed by research & consumer understanding
- Maintain Strategy Mastersheet which summarizes the goals for the year.
- Ensure that the teams at Schbang are delivering based on the annual business & marketing goals
- Distill observations from primary and secondary research conducted to carve out a niche direction for a brand
- Lead activities that entail brand positioning, product launches, market penetration strategies, retention strategies etc by analysis data (qualitative/quantitative.
- Works towards giving a fresh perspective.
- Developing innovative communication strategies in line with the brand's overall objectives
- Audit of services we provide and constantly challenge the status quo in order to improve the company's future prospect, with a convergent view
- Identify processes, innovations, automation tools, etc. that will improve efficiencies and position the company as a forward thinking entity
- Constantly think of innovative and effective integrated changes we can make to ensure that we drive value to the client's business
- Explore new market offerings and develop capabilities to internalize those offerings.
- Monitor effective benchmarks for measuring the impact of campaigns.
- Analyze, review and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results
- Monitor brands reports every quarter and provide recommendations
- Analyze campaigns and translate quantitative data into recommendations and plans for revising the integrated campaigns
