Job Title: Growth Manager


Job Summary:


- We are seeking an experienced Growth Manager to join our team.


You will be responsible for creating and implementing growth strategies that drive user acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue.

- As a Growth Manager, you will collaborate closely with product, engineering, and design teams to launch marketing initiatives and experiments that enhance user engagement and conversion.

- You will also use data and analytics to monitor, evaluate, and optimize performance across channels.


Key Responsibilities:

- Build and lead a team of Growth Consultants / Growth Strategists to provide strategic growth support to clients.

- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand business objectives and identify growth opportunities.

- Develop comprehensive growth plans, including key initiatives such as paid media, SEO, packaging and design, direct marketing, partnerships, and offline extensions.

- Oversee execution of growth strategies and coordinate with operations and cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation.

- Focus primarily on digital initiatives while maintaining a solid understanding of creative and communication strategies.

- Use a strong understanding of Paid Media (Google Ads, Social Ads, etc.) to drive brand awareness and performance.

- Apply CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) principles to improve campaign outcomes.

- Collaborate across departments to develop marketing and sales plans and enhance customer experience.

- Stay updated with trends and best practices in growth marketing and growth hacking.

- Share insights and knowledge with the team and other departments.


Requirements:

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 45 years of experience in a growth-oriented role, preferably in a consulting or agency environment.

- Proven track record of driving growth and delivering measurable results.

- Strong knowledge of Paid Media platforms, including Google Ads and Social Media Advertising.

- Proficiency in CRO tools and growth technologies.

- Good understanding of SEO strategies and optimization techniques.

- Experience with MarTech tools and Retention Marketing practices.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to mentor and lead a team effectively.
