Major Roles & Responsibilities:.

- Strategically plan and define the creative scope of work to deliver innovative solutions.

- Lead award-winning creative campaigns and projects, enhancing brand recognition and client satisfaction.

- Manage creative teams across multiple accounts, ensuring high-quality deliverables and efficient team dynamics.

- Collaborate with the Business Development team to craft and present compelling, value-added creative strategies for client pitches.

- Actively engage in account mining to identify growth opportunities within existing partnerships.

- Foster a culture of innovation within the creative team, ensuring that ideas align with client objectives and contribute to successful campaigns.

- Convert prospective clients with persuasive presentations and strategic pitches.

- Oversee and optimise team workflows to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to a high standard.

- Provide support and guidance on large-scale projects, ensuring team alignment and project success.

- Establish and monitor team goals to promote collaboration and positively impact department performance.

- Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders to maintain alignment with business goals and client needs.

- Lead the development of high-performing teams, setting a clear vision to meet and exceed creative objectives.

- Conduct regular upskilling sessions to enhance the skills and capabilities of junior team members.
