The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the brands and nurturing client relationships, ensuring their needs are met, and delivering exceptional service to help our clients achieve their branding goals.
Experience required: 2 - 3 years of experience
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and inquiries promptly.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Conduct regular meetings with clients to review progress, gather feedback, and present updates on branding initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including designers, copywriters, and marketing specialists, to ensure the timely delivery of branding projects.
- Develop and manage project timelines, ensuring all milestones are met.
- Collaborate with clients to understand the brand vision, goals, and target audience.
- Assist in the development of comprehensive branding strategies.
- Provide insights and recommendations to clients based on market trends and consumer behavior.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, showcasing the progress and success of branding initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Branding or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in client servicing, account management, or a related role within the branding or advertising industry.
- Strong understanding of branding principles and marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
