The Role:

Scapia Unmapped curates immersive, offbeat travel experiences that go beyond traditional tourism. The Growth and Business Operations Lead will be responsible for driving revenue, optimizing processes, and ensuring a seamless customer journey from discovery to experience fulfillment. This role requires a mix of strategic execution, hands-on leadership, and data-driven decision-making to scale the business effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue, bookings, and customer engagement while optimizing operational efficiency.

- Collaborate with marketing and CRM teams to refine messaging, improve customer targeting, and enhance engagement.

- Own and streamline post-sales operations, ensuring smooth handoffs between sales, fulfillment, and customer experience teams.

- Train, lead, and optimize the performance of Customer Delight and Sales teams, ensuring high conversion and service excellence

- Identify and resolve bottlenecks in growth, sales, and operational workflows, ensuring a frictionless experience for customers.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align growth strategies with business objectives and execution plans.

- Take a hands-on, lead-by-example approach, stepping in wherever required to drive execution and problem-solving.

Ideal Candidate:

- 3-5 years of experience in growth strategy, business operations, sales, or demand generation (preferably in travel, fintech, or premium services).

- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to track key business metrics and make data-driven decisions.

- Hands-on leadership approach-capable of training teams, solving customer issues, and leading execution directly.

- Experience with CRM tools, automation, and sales funnels, ensuring scalable and efficient operations.

- Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on driving results and optimizing efficiency

- Passion for experiential travel and an understanding of the high-value traveler's mindset.
