We are Hiring a Scaled Partner Management Lead for a Multinational Social Media Giant!
Job Description:
- Design, develop and execute scaled partner management model targeted towards hundreds of mid to small size partners through a team of outsourced partner managers
- Develop content to educate partners on best practices which will help them achieve their objectives; Build toolkits and communication materials for use by the outsourced team
- Own partner growth goals and closely supervise the outsourced team to achieve these goals
- Collaborate with a large number of cross-functional teams as you lead a partner management team grow hundreds of partners
- Analyse partners' and team's performance on well-defined metrics, conduct reviews with stakeholders and take improvement actions
- Identify opportunities for operational excellence by developing and sharing best practices, utilizing metrics, and incorporating cross-functional feedback to drive the best solutions
- Ensure superior partner experience with Facebook and Instagram
- Be an internal advocate for the partners to suggest changes and best practices.
Skills required :
- Proficiency in English; Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Demonstrated ability to achieve business outcomes through outsourced service providers
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage large scale teams
- Experience in managing and growing partners/customers at scale
- Ability to identify available resources, self-learn and quickly gain expertise in new areas.
- Ability to analyse large volumes of data to derive insights to achieve your objectives.
- Experience of having worked in large cross-functional environments.
- Demonstrated ability to influence internal and external stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
Experience/Education:
- Minimum of bachelor degree and 8 years of work experience
- 5+ years of experience in delivering outcomes in a large scale business with large number of partners
- 2+ years of experience in managing outsourced service providers to deliver business outcomes
- MBA preferred
