Brand Manager
Job Drescription:
- Responsible for Driving Brand activities in the year across channels, geographies to ensure delivery against Brand Marketing and Business Objectives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identifying Brand Strategy to drive growth.
- Identify product innovation and renovation ideas to keep bringing New News to the portfolio.
- Develop the Annual Brand Plan with Key Growth Pillars and execution elements there in.
- Work with Agency partners to develop Creative execution across Offline and Online Media.
- Identify periodic initiatives to boost sales e.g Consumer Promotions.
- Work with internal stakeholders to ensure Brand initiatives are delivered in a timely manner.
Required Skills / Experience / Competencies:
- Atleast 3 years experience in a Brand Management role.
- Max 5-6 years experience overall.
- Experience should be in FMCG.
- High Energy, Self driven individual.
- Worked in a category which has a strong presence in MT or E-commerce channel.
Preferred Skills / Experience / Competencies:
- Prior experience in Categories such as Air Care, Personal Care.
- Worked on categories which have a strong play across both Retail as well as Modern Trade & E-commerce.
