Head - SBU/PCH (Contract Staffing)

- Managing the P&L for all deliveries and services offered from the Branch/ SBU.

- Interacting with the different business line and gathering the requirement and explaining and distributing the same within the team

- Market mapping for the clients and identifying the target companies

- Creating brand awareness for the business

- Planning the targets of the team and action plan

- Motivating the team to achieve not only their individual targets but also achieving the entire team target

- Calculating the CP for each individual in the team

- Performance Evaluation of Team Members

- Follow up with the Client PRM- Finance

- Escalating payment issues with the client if any

- Established contacts with hiring managers, large consulting companies and build long- term relationships

- Attrition Management

- Issue resolutions both internal and external

- Rates and incentive Negotiation with Clients

Qualification And Experience:

1. Minimum 10+ Years of Experience & must be from Recruitment Consulting Backgroundd with relevant Domain Knowledge

2. Large IT / Non IT team handling experience isthe must

3. Must be keen on pursuing a career in the fast growing recruiting industry, must have good verbal/written communication skills

4. Must have high Computer / internet literacy, have eye for detail, must be a hard worker

5. Knowledge of IT / Telecom / ITES & Non IT industry with recruitments background

6. Should have worked on IT / Telecom / ITES & Non IT positions from Mid to Top level

7. Energetic and go getter

8. Good communication skill

9. Should have good inter personal skills

10. Self motivated, Ambitious, Confident & Aggressive

11. Multi Tasking capability

12. Interviewing and Evaluating Skills
