SBU Head - Sales & Marketing - Healthcare

We are looking for the professionals having 10 Yrs marketing experience and 5 yrs sales experience.

We are looking from the therapies like Vaccine / Oncology / Nephrology, Transplant / Diabetic / Immunology / Virology.

1. Responsible for the P & L of the business to drive profitable growth

2. Assist Marketing team in developing robust marketing plans and ensuring implementation with the help of the sales team

3. Formulate AOP, strategic and tactical plan for the SBU, Suggest new launch etc

4. Playing a key role in team building, focus on internal talent development, developing and maintaining relations with key customers/stakeholders (doctors and distributors), leveraging technology to ensure better sales and brand management.
