- Lead the Digital business arm of the group and own the P&L to drive sustainable growth and profitability
- Ensures a growth of Revenue through Network & Direct sales to achieve the desired Revenue Goal
- Creates and drives short-term and long-term business plan for the Digital SBU in alignment with the organization business plan
- Drives differentiated brand positioning in the market for Digital SBU platforms
- Define digital revenue strategy in terms of coverage areas and industry focus and monitor execution of strategies
- Define retention strategy for each product and drive conversion to direct traffic
- Define a robust marketing strategy to improve and enhance application downloads, identify traffic growth accelerators, ensure SEO rankings an ensure asset upkeep
