SBU Head - Real Estate/Construction

A real estate company in Bangalore is looking for SBU Head to be based out of Bangalore

- The incumbent should be a B.E. or B.Tech from a premier institute with 20 years or more years of experience in the construction industry.

- He should be able to define & implement the business unit’s execution strategy, establish organization guidelines on project scheduling and cost control, provide inputs for the development and implementation of robust project management, quality assurance, health, safety & environment policies and, should have QS & contract knowledge, develop project pricing strategy along with the corporate marketing head, build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders like Government Authorities, Industry Associations etc with a long term perspective.

He will be expected to handle a portfolio of projects.
