Job Responsibilities:
SBU Head will be responsible for managing the P&L, Marketing, Sales and Operations teams in the organization.
- Initiate and develop relationships across India with key decision makers in target organizations for business development and repeat business.
- Lead, mentor & monitor the performance of the team to ensure efficiency in process operations & meeting of individual & organizational objectives.
- Identify, develop and execute strategies with advertisers and agencies.
- Ensure budgeted revenue achievement and maximise yield.
- Prepare and implement annual sales strategy.
- Contribute by way of ideas and concepts and help close large value deals.
- Work with Sales, Operations & Customer Marketing team to ensure efficient and effective implementation of for various brands.
- Contribute commercial insight and leadership and provide competitor intelligence.
- Develop new clients and providing them with efficient service.
- Develop marketing strategies to build consumer preference and driving volumes. Maintain excellent professional relations with clients and agencies to generate avenues for additional business
- Provide direction to execute promotions / launches in sync with product/brand characteristics.
