SBU Head - IT Services & Retirement Services
- Must have 20 years in the IT Services and Business Process Services with minimum of 8 years in the leadership role with P&L responsibility.
- Strong exposure into Retirement Services and Employee Benefits area.
- Responsible for the establishment, scaling and growth of the SBU.
- Will handle P&L, capability and overall delivery of IT & BPS programs.
- Handle the Revenue growth of the SBU.
- Building organizational capability.
- Build and nurture team of leaders
- Appetite for automation, continuous improvement
- Keep track of developments across the industry domain
- Ideal candidate would be at a current salary bracket of 70-80 lacs.
