- For one of our prestigious multinational clients, we are looking for an SBU Head for their Enterprise Product. This positions reports to the MD of the company, and carries overall responsibility of the Product P&L.

JD :

As the SBU Head - Enterprise Software Product, you will be responsible for overall P&L and growth of the product division.

- Overall product P&L and growth

- Represent company's product in the industry forums

- Enabling Sales workforce with right guidance and collaterals to penetrate in new as well as existing accounts

- Guide and drive product management teams to outperform the competition in terms of product offerings

- Manage Engineering leaders to create best-in-class software

- Manage Quality Leaders to ensure near zero-defect product deliveries

- Manager implementations/delivery teams achieve very high CSAT score

- Hire and retain the best to maintain company's leadership position in the product space

- Instill open work culture conducive to innovation

- Are you a B-Tech/BE or equivalent from one of the IITs or NITs or equally reputed institutes

- Are you an MBA from Tier-1 MBA Schools in India or abroad

- Do you have 18 to 21 years experience in software product companies

- Do you have substantial experience managing large engineering, product delivery, product management, pre-sales, solutioning, and implementation teams

- Have your teams been consistently achieving HIGH CSAT scores for your customers

- Do you have substantial experience in India as well as abroad

- Do you have excellent communications skills
