- Look after day-to-day activities, UAT testing, production support, maintaining issue tracker of the process with following being measurement matrix

- Should have understanding & knowledge of the processes involved in Digital account opening, knowledge of DIY, RM assisted journey is a must

- Should be well versed with account opening processes and dependencies with Exchanges, DPs and KRAs.

- Incorporate stakeholder feedback to improve the product.

- Should be a multi taser and be able to manage multiple priorities.

- Excellent Communication skills.
