Qualifications (As on 01-07-2022) :


Basic : Full time MBA / PGDM / PGDBM (Marketing) or its equivalent with specialization in Marketing from Institutions recognized / approved by Govt. bodies / AICTE / UGC.


Minimum marks : 60% in MBA / PGDM / PGDBM Certification in digital marketing from an Institution of repute. Courses completed through correspondence / part time will not be eligible.


Other :


- Knowledge of MS Office, Analytical MIS Tools


- Additional Certification in Marketing on different media platforms e.g. Brand & Media etc. would be

preferred


Experience (As on 01-07-2022) :


a. Minimum 3 years' post qualification experience in the field of marketing (excluding sales) of financial products in a Financial Institution / Service Industry in digital platform.


b. Out of these 3 years, 2 years experience should be in product marketing using digital media platform, with specific experience in search and display, SEO, SEM and programmatic. Knowledge of influencer marketing, email, SMS and SMM preferred.


c. At least one year experience in facilitating designing of creative communications in ATL & / or BTL (In Digital).


d. Experience as mentioned in b) and c) above can be concurrent


Job Profile :


1. Well-versed with digital marketing measurement tools and its usage to draw key insights to optimize the campaign performance.


2. Up-to-date knowledge regarding developments in the digital marketing sphere.


3. Highly data oriented with good acumen for number crunching.


4. Compilation and analysis of campaign report etc.


5. Result oriented go-getting attitude.


6. Excellent interpersonal capabilities.


KRA's :


1. Implementing digital marketing campaigns for the Banks products and services aligned to business objectives and ensuring distribution across digital channels.


2. Work in close coordination with different stakeholders from various product teams to understand business goals and set campaign KPIs in order to penetrate right target audience in digital media and drive business growth.


3. Track campaign performance against KPIs for all DM initiatives, to define campaign success and identity improvements for future campaigns.


4. Monitor and track strategies at regular interval and propose appropriate modifications from time-to-time spanning positioning, pricing and promotion etc.


5. Be actively involved in sharing feedbacks for products and webpage optimizations. Ensure correct up-to-date information and banners are present across all websites and digital portals owned by Bank.


6. Any other work as assigned by the Reporting Authority.
