Qualifications (As on 01-07-2022) :

Basic : Full time MBA / PGDM / PGDBM (Marketing) or its equivalent with specialization in Marketing / Post Graduate Degree in Mass Communication from institutions recognized / approved by Govt. bodies / AICTE / UGC.

Minimum marks : 60% in MBA / PGDM / PGDBM Courses completed through part time /

correspondence will not be eligible.

Other :

- Knowledge of MS Office, Analytical MIS Tool on digital platforms.

- Additional Certification in PR / Corporate Communication / Journalism would be preferred.

Experience (As on 01-07-2022) :

- Minimum 3 years' post qualification experience in a PR Agency / Service Industry. Out of these 3 years at least 2 years must be in PR.

Job Profile :

1. Creative mind-set with ability to construct PR / marketing stories and articles.

2. Knowledge of all operational aspects related to managing good rapport with media fraternity, offline and online.

3. Excellent interpersonal capabilities with flair for interacting with journalists / bank officials / across the hierarchy with equal composure.

4. Smart worker with ability to anticipate probable situation that may demand instant smooth resolution.

5. Compilation and analysis of campaign reports etc.

6. Excellent interpersonal capabilities.

KRA's :

1. Support the vertical head in devising and implementing the annual corporate communication plan to gain adequate / desired press coverage for the bank and its different products and services.

2. Liaise with for journalists for new story ideas, coordinate for quotes from key top-level management for media stories.

3. Track daily news activities across all media and regularly updating media regarding current and upcoming developments.

4. Any other work as assigned by Reporting Authority
