This role of Module Head SBG for will focused on increasing SBG Channel business at a module level through better coverage and stakeholder management.

Roles and Responsibilities :

Job Title : Module Head SBG


Job Category : Sales & Marketing


Report To : Regional Head /State Head/Channel Head


Position Type : Full Time


Job Summary :
Module Head SBG will liaise with SBI stakeholders, SBIMF Branch Heads and Relationship Managers in the module to excel the SBG performance in the module. He/She will be responsible for overall as well as scheme wise performance of SBG channel in the module. Additionally, he/she must accomplish individual targets and maintain effective communication channels between the Senior Bank functionaries in the module.

Role and Responsibilities :


- Overseeing day-to-day performance of SBG channel in the module and ensure the achievement of RBO wise targets as well as campaigns for the module


- Visit all RBOs and Scale IV &V branches in the module fortnightly as well as visit all SBI branches in the module at least quarterly to forge strong relationships


- Increase the penetration of EUIN registration in the module as well as upskill the existing base


- Co-ordinating & organizing Investor Awareness Programs in the SBI Branches in the module


- Building and maintaining healthy business relations with key customers, enhancing customer satisfaction & securing repeat business in the module

Key KPIs :


- Net sales for the module


- Net sales credit of the module


- No. of SIPs in the module


- Net increment SIP book


- Scheme wise achievement in the module


Qualification & Experience :


- MBA & graduate with min 5 years of industry experience


- Good knowledge of equity and debt markets


- NISM VA certified


Educational Qualification : Post Graduate
