We are looking for Data and Analytics evangelists who share our vision and beliefs.

You will :

- Develop advanced algorithms that solve problems of large dimensionality in a computationally efficient and statistically effective manner

- Implement statistical and data mining techniques (e.g. hypothesis testing, machine learning) on large data sets to identify trends, figures and other relevant information

- Rigorously check, validate and analyze inputs and outputs to ensure quality, precision and accuracy or result

- Evaluate emerging techniques, datasets and technologies that may contribute to our analytical platform

- Collaborate with team and other stakeholders to effectively integrate and communicate analysis findings

- Understand business problem from user / partner and design appropriate analytical solution

- Create and deliver regular reports, insights on Overall business KPIs, Digital KPIs, campaigns, including web analysis

- Create and update dashboards and reports on Power BI

- Guide and mentor Associates on teams

You are :

- A self-starter with a bias towards action and can break down complex problems to design elegant solutions

- A great team player and always puts the team before self and enjoy winning together

- Data obsessed. Derive insights from data and use the same for product improvements and iterations. Also educate cross functional teams with actionable derived from deep data insights

- Able to think creatively

You have :

- Masters\ Bachelors in Math, Computer Science, Information Systems, Machine Learning, Statistics, Econometrics, Applied Mathematics, Operations Research or related technical degree. A PhD would be a plus

- Experience visualizing/ presenting data for stakeholders using tools like Excel or Tableau

- Have at least 6-8 years of experience of experience developing analytics solutions, algorithm/models and data mining (preferably web analytics)

- Demonstrated skill in SAS / R / SPSS / Python / Matlab or any other statistical/computational modeling tool

Advanced SQL, Excel and Power BI skills are a must

- Demonstrated ability to achieve strategic goals in a heterogeneous and fast-paced environment

- Excellent problem-solving, organizational and analytical skills

- Good experience in descriptive analysis, differencing analysis, profile and trend analysis, dashboards and monitoring & alerts

- Ability to learn and work in a fast moving environment

- Ability to collaborate with diverse stake holders (IT, business, operations)

- Experience in managing a small team

- Must have good written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to effectively communicate all aspects of a project solution with managers, account managers and project team

- Driven to deliver agreed results on-time
