Job Profile &amp; KRAs in brief: Job Profile: Improving the Security arrangements at branches and offices, carry out visit to the Branches, organize periodic security drills, lectures, etc., carry out effective liaison with various Government Agencies and other administrative work related to the Security Officer Desk. KRAs for the post: 1. To visit the Branches to review Security arrangements and suggest upgradation if required at branches and offices 2. Improving the Security Systems and Security climate at branches and offices in the Administrative unit. 3. Organize periodic security drills, lectures, etc. for developing security consciousness amongst employees. 4. Disseminate information on disaster management plan, as laid down by LHO to the branches. 5. Ensure Reduction in the number of security and fire-related incidents due to security lapses. 6. Liaison with Government Agencies including Civil/military authorities and police. PAY SCALE/CTC(CONTRACTUAL): - Grade: MMGS II - Pay Scale: 31705-1145/1-32850-1310/10-45950 - The officials will also be eligible for DA, HRA, CCA, PF, Contributory Pension Fund and perquisites as admissible to the corresponding grade, etc. as per rules in force from time to time. The total compensation per annum would be approximately Rs.15.09 lacs for the grade of MMGS II.
