No of yrs of exp. : 6 yrs + in Capital Markets / Investment banking / Legal firm dealing with capital markets transactions

Domain knowledge Competencies:

1) Independently work with deal / execution teams on reviewing legal aspects in transaction execution

2) Scope of work will include independently reviewing from legal perspective all transaction agreements & supporting execution team of negotiating appropriate position with external legal counsels on the deal

3) Key documents that legal persn will be expected to review independently - mandate letter, issue agreement, comfort letters, rep letter to auditors, deal counsel engagement letters, escrow & syndicate agreement, underwriting agreement

4) Review and asses risk for SBICAPson each deal from Indian and foreign regulatory placement perspective
