- Understand SBFC's Business Vision and develop & drive the business plan for the assigned district in alignment with the business Vision
- Guide & facilitate Branch Manager's to formulate and drive plans for their respective Business verticals and accordingly drive the same for the Financial Year as directed by Business Heads
- Ensure Overall revenue targets are met for the district on a monthly basis
- Ensure overall revenue targets are reached as per the approved matrix for the district from all revenue sources (processing fees, cross sell, yield etc.)
- Ensure the profitability targets to be met for all the product in assigned district
- Ensure that branch profitability is maintained (Fee Income >= Branch Cost) which can be measured as per branch score card
- Initiate the branch network expansion through network planning, idtenfying potential market
- Ensure the growth in assets under management with proper planning
- Develop new strategies to scan the market for potential new avenues & generate revenue from untapped markets; launch new products for generating new business post consultation with respective Business Heads
- Formulate the sales, distribution and disbursement strategy for the District and ensure alignment with the overall Business Strategy manage the entire ME product portfolio strategy
- Ensuring all branches achieve their target on monthly basis, and any additional target as decided by Divisional Heads
- Ensure review of all cases in assigned district to conduct sales personal discussion (PD) to understand the customer profile and ensure right sourcing
- Recommending applicable Rate of Interest as required in each case to ensure good cusomters and maximise revenue
- Manage the entire Loan Against Gold portfolio strategy with ASM Loan Against Gold
- Creation of daywise sales plan for Gold Loan sales staff for market activities and branch operations staff for activities in branch
- Allocating Loan Against Gold targets to each employee based on mutual discussion, ensuring regular follow up to track progress and take corrective action
- Ensuring proper planning and availability of resources in advance for all market activities (Door to Door marketing, Pamphlet distribution), coordinate with District Manager, Area Sales Manager for activities which will be done in conjunction with other branch staff
- Tracking daily sales efficiency by seeing the number of leads generated for each sales staff
- Assigning additional targets to CRM and CV to ensure Existing Borrowers (EB) targets are met
