Manager - Business Development
Responsibilities:
- The primary responsibility of a business development manager is to meet the sales and revenue targets of the organization.
- The role would be responsible to expand the customer base in different geographical locations based on the organization growth plans.
- The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
- The role will be the face of the company to drive revenue growth and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
- Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients' objectives
- Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople
Eligibility Criteria:
- At least 6+ years of experience in sales team for an IT Service Company
- Experience handling US/UK customers and proficiency in US/UK accent is required.
- Proven working experience as a business development manager
- Proven sales track record in the previous role.
- Experience in conducting meetings and closing sales deals with US/UK clients
- Business and market awareness about the latest trends in the industry.
