Key Responsibilities and Deliverables :
- Strategic Clarity :
o Facilitates competitor and market analysis, Trend, In depth Segment analysis, developing key implications and recommendations/Ideas for the assigned segment.
o Provide direction to Brand by conceptualising Initiatives, CVP's and building Marketing Funnel.
o Provide clear Plays in Market, by space, by channels, by consumer segments.
o Conceptualize programs for Key influencers to drive Trials and Loyalty.
- On ground Execution
o Ensure development of robust plans for market activations.
o Socialize the plans with Sales Teams & get buy in.
o High class execution of plans on ground.
o Development & Execution of outstanding on ground mechanic loyalty programs through sales teams.
o Be a contributor in trade marketing plans for the assigned segment.
o Be a contributor to the Digital Marketing Plan to ensure segment representation.
- Marketing Materials & Packaging
o Development of differentiated marketing materials to win right brand perception in market.
o Ensure high quality output which reflects the Brand/Product Image as desired in the market place.
o Own the packaging management for the segment.
- Budgeting, Initiative Planning & Tracking
o Build marketing budgets by segment & channels where required.
o Plan, Align, Launch and Track all marketing initiatives conceptualised, developed and executed.
o Put in appropriate tracking mechanism, tools to monitor and track performance.
o Write SOP's, Whitepapers, Issue sheets to provide inputs for decisions.
o Plan and develop briefs for different Agencies for effective collaboration.
o Ensure robust tracking of Budget vs actual.
- Digital/social media & Communication :
o Be a contributor to internal stakeholder in leveraging Digital ecosystem to ensure right reach, visibility and engagement for the desired segment.
Internal and External Collaboration :
o Effective Multifunctional Collaboration Internally: - Sales Team, Technical, Demand Planning, Supply chain, Finance, Legal, Marketing Operations.
- Lead Effective Collaboration Externally: - Channel Partners, Research/ Advertising/Design/Activation Agencies, Vendor and Suppliers.
- Assisting the VP with marketing related projects where necessary.
